Missouri Cell Phone Laws

The United States have taken a general stance against the use of cellphones when it comes to driving. This is why the majority of the nation has banded together and banned texting while driving. Missouri is one such state, though it does have its exceptions. The state of Missouri only bans texting from those drivers who are 21-years of age or younger. Furthermore, unlike many other states in the country, Missouri allows for the use of cellphones while in the car. Essentially, there is no law in place within the state that requires hands-free equipment or anything along those lines.
