DUI Violations

Missouri has similar DUI laws to most of the other states in the country. The first law, and probably the one that you are most interested in, is the law that relates to general drivers. A DUI violation for the population is anything above the .08 percent blood alcohol content limit set. Commercial drivers, however, have to meet a different standard. Their blood alcohol level cannot exceed the level of .04 percent. Finally, those residents of the state of Missouri who are under the age of 21 are not even allowed to reach a blood alcohol level beyond .02 percent.
